If you really want to help the troops, their families and their friends then go to FLOW for ALL and get involved.

FLOW for ALL is a self help, self counselling facility which helps anyone affected by war (or any other trauma) to find comfort and people who have been there too. Write stories and poems and see them published on our websites. All poems and stories will be voted on and those voted into the books will be published in the two books being published in November this year. At the book launch will be our wonderful Patron Dame Vera Lynn.
