Mac and I are fortunate enough to have known some really excellent characters in the military such as Rob Oehlers, Mal Hook, Marv Walden, Huw Jones, Ray Lee, Carl Hewitt, Charlie Jones, H Harrison, Keith Dobson, Jamie Muir, Dave Covey, Chris Dickson, Chris Hall, Mac MacGillivray, Jon Bond, Graham Stones, Tony Bland, Bob Quayle, Vic Wickes, Phil Mason, Martin Burke, Steve Yafai, Daz Coombes, Shagy, Ricki and many other people who were mostly also out of their tree.

I am delighted to say that Mac has met looaaads of quality people in civilian life too. Gary Clayburn the old sea dog from the Navy and the rest of the team at The Training Foundation, loads of excellent trainers at M&S Money, the training team at First Direct managed by Anna, the wonderful team at Capita Learning and Development that Stuart heads up and far to many to mention throughout the NHS.

I was born in a little wood near Vogelsang which was place of tranquility until those noisy soldiers came along to do their army training.  My brother Clint was born nearby in another forest known as the East Wood, odd name for a log Clint from the East Wood (come on work with me here).
